Isobaric minus the chamber! There has to be a ton of energy loss going on here. Something I'd want to hear for myself, but the physics don't seem to add-up. I would think a well executed baffle would add to the equation, but we'd also want to know about the design goal.

I'd like to know the thinking behind the Legacy whisper design.

I am reminded of the earliest Emerald Physics loudspeaker that never went into production, if I recall, and had a separate bass section with a similar woofer configuration. I never was party to the theory behind that either.
