IN all honesty, I have not yet even heard this unit or had one in for evaluation. From what I understand from Jolida and consumers, the audio portion is very musical. I would consider it to be a very good CD player while adding in the versitility of a DVD player that gives you the tube presentation in the two front channels. All decoding is built in so a processor is not needed.
Maybe once I get caught up on things, I will bring one in and go through it.
