How's it going...eh?

Greetings from the Great White North (Canada). I have actually been a member since 2011 but have only 3 posts. I just tried to do a search but it I apparently cannot do that until I introduce myself and have 3 approved posts. So I thought I'd better introduce myself. I am 62 years old and a long time audiophile. I don't have a super high end system...but I enjoy my VPI Aries, Modwright KWA 100SE, Esoteric CD player and Coincident Super Eclipse III speakers. I love many types of music including prog rock, classic rock, jazz, blues, and folk. I live in Mississauga Ontario, near Toronto.

Growing up in the D I watched lots of Hockey Night in Canada on channel 9, and along with Windsor just across the river I couldn't help but develop somewhat of a Canadian accent, eh?
After moving down to Atlanta it was not long before the two cultures collided in my brain forming a mish-mash style of speaking, such as, "Hey y'all, how's it going, eh?" People looked at me very strangely.  :lol:

Welcome from a 63 year old Michigander!

We've vacationed often to Canada.  Summer visits to Stratford, a weekend in Toronto, a drive home from New England through Montreal, and a week exploring the Maritimes provinces and the Acadian history.  Planning to take the CN to across to Vancouver before dropping down to Washington/Oregon. 

Nice seemingly older system.

I Love your radio stations and many Canadian artists.
