Comes with original boxes, remote, 2 (3ft and 6ft) umbilical cables, stock tubes and Linear Power Supply. The auto bias circuit makes it worry free when using power tubes (12sn7/6sn7) in the MZ3. By re-positioning a jumper you can use 6sn7 tubes if you desire. I have used both and they both sound the same to me.
This preamp comes with RCA Military 12sx7's and GE Military 12at7's tubes which are very good that came stock with the unit. I do have upgraded tubes if you desire that have less than 150 hours. Sylvania Gold Brand 6021 pair ($100 extra) which are tested and gained balanced, sold from Brent Jesse, more dynamic and clearer. Also, I have 2 pairs of Tung Sol's 12sn7's they are possibly the best you can get (12sn7GT and 12sn7GTA). Those are extra.$50 per pair.
