My name's Raquel. I'm from Kentucky and was not born in this century. I've always enjoyed vinyl records even when records weren't "cool". Although I really wish I had MP3's back when I was a mobile disk jockey...those crates of records were very heavy to haul around. My very first compact disks that I bought were AC/DC's For those about to rock, and Aaron Copland - Fanfare For The Common Man, which I bought before I even owned a CD player.
I'm just here to educate myself on Hi-Fi. I have always thought of myself as knowledgeable when it came to sound equipment, however I've learned that I don't know as much about it as I thought I did. So I'm glad I found this site that is filled with true Audiophiles...
