phono pre ....... on the 'cheap'

Ok, trying to help my sister and brother in-law who have decided to resurrect their vinyl listening experience. They have just purchased a Rega RP1 TT but are in need of a 'inexpensive' phono pre. Is there anything to recommend out there at or below 150-200 bucks ?

Vista Phono 1 , $249, could not go wrong.

thanks but the main reason I'm trying to keep it around $150 is so they can put 'more important' $$ towards a pair of speakers.

Music Hall Mini very good for the money but it's just MM $90
Musical Fidelity LX2 does both $200
I had both and they are solid and great sounding.
The Project is also a fine sounding PA

Pro-ject box S is very good, had it for a while now.  Best under 200 phono pre and I tried a whole bunch.  Cambridge, MF, schiit, NAD etc.
