Up for sale is a wonderful pair of First Watt SIT1 monos.

I am the second owner (looked like first owner never unboxed them). I have approximately 2 years left on warranty.


As compared to my SIT3 amps (yes I have a backup), they are a little more ballsy, have a bigger sound-stage, are just as smooth and have a little closer presentation.

Since my room is on the smaller side and my Avantgarde are on the bigger side, I slightly prefer my SIT3.


I am in thin the herd mode and since I have gear that I’m barely using, I’d like to sell these.

Retail is/was $10K and I’m asking $4500 delivered via PayPal gift or bank/teller check.

Better is relative to the listener. Ultimately? probably. But if my room was bigger and my speakers (Avantgarde Duo XD) had more room to breath, I'd probably prefer the SIT1.


But for me, I'm already at the minimum distance. I actually prefer a not quite as energetic presentation and I like a mid hall listening experience.


If I had efficient conventional speakers, I think the SIT1 would offer a better experience but there's no way I'm getting rid of my Duo. Amazing you are there experience as it is now.


I also love my Job integrated amp and Job 250 monos, as well a my Valvet E2SE and Luxman MQ300 on them.


All different flavors of good.
