Is there any documentation on how to use the Backup function under Applications?

Is there any documentation on how to use the Backup function under Applications?

I've noticed that there is a Backup capability under the Applications button in the Dashboard. I'm not sure of it's purpose or how to use it? Is it meant to backup one's library to CD/DVDs or is it for ripping a Backup from a CD/DVD to one's library?  :scratch:

We have the BOT manual

The feature doesn't rely on having a BOT just a USB optical drive, a usb dvd reader or burner works best
