Evoke Eddie Speakers

SOLD!! EVOKE EDDIE Speakers. Asking 1300.00 Mid and tweeter adjustment work beautiful for tuning to your room. Here are some specs and thoughts on them...

EDDIE also features a true ribbon tweeter with the moving mass of only 16 mg – something no accordion pleated tweeter can achieve. The RM7 woofer also has a low moving mass and phase plug with the speed and phase coherency to achieve a seamless transition to the planar. Advanced, and expensive crossover design, and over-engineered cabinets contribute to the overall organic result – to deliver music that belies the sound of a speaker.

There are several reasons EDDIE is such a good performer. Let’s start with our proprietary Strat 1 planar midrange. It features the strongest neodymium magnets and the most rigid structure imaginable. And when you put a physicist who is a musician in charge of creating the F1 there are virtually no compromises.

“The Eddie speaker from a new speaker company called Evoke caught my ear for its tremendous price-to-performance ratio. The $3995-per-pair Eddie features a ribbon tweeter, planar-magnetic midrange, and a cone woofer. Driven by NuPrime electronics, it sounded clean, fast, and transparent—and like it should cost much more than $4k.

A few nicks on them, I have installed Isolate it Sorbathane footers, which are about 100 bucks. Feel free to ask any questions. Paypal and shipping are not included. Original packaging.  I am selling due to having way too many speakers, if that is really a thing...
I am having trouble pacing more than 3 pictures here  :duh:

Ships from 06370. Add for paypal and shipping.  28x21x15, 50 lb each.

Thank you for looking. Jeff

The ad would be easier to read and understand if the several duplicated paragraphs were deleted.

I learned more about your speakers from quickly reading your post than I did in 10 minutes on the Evoke website.

Wish you a quick sale of these very intriguing speakers.

I got to hear these speakers in John Casler's man cave a few years ago. Mark was present that evening as well. These are great sounding speakers IMHO. Mark put a lot of effort into selecting the drivers and building the crossovers. $1500 for these is a fantastic price.

[I, too, have too many speakers.  :duh: Otherwise, I might be tempted to buy them from you.]

Price drop. 1400.00! I'm pretty sure you can't buy  the parts for that. The planer mid and tweeter are amazing at details. Mundorf caps,  internally braced, WBT connectors... C'mon people!
