My cd8 pro quit working so I filled out a " fix it" ticket a while back with no response. I followed it up with a second e mail and again , no response.
 I'm not sure what to do at this point. Is there any way to actually get in touch with a service center? I could REALLY use some customer service.

I would make sure and check your "spam folder".

It seems for some reason the responses go to the spam filter.

Email support@nuprimeaudio.com about your Ticket ID.  It is hard for me to follow up if you just post a general complain.
Furthermore, please mention where you bought it.  Your dealer ought to help you with the service.
