That would be a tricky build - are you getting someone to do it for you? Who is designing the crossover?
the shape reminds me of the Selah Ottavo a little. A flat pack for the enclosure would definitely make it an easier build. What made you pick the CSS tweeter out of all tweeters? I'm not too familiar with that company. Lately I've been curious about the transducer labs ceramic tweeters.. because I've heard so much about the Marten Coltrane speaker and it's accuton ceramic tweeters from a friend.. makes me curious to hear a ceramic tweeter myself
I like the idea of the truncated pyramid, perhaps not enough internal volume for a 10" woofer at 24" high? I think the original idea of the smaller midrange driver would integrate with most tweeters a little more effectively. Of course there are work arounds for all of that and if you're trying to meet some unusual design goal.
Would prefer the Vandersteen Treo CT: very well known designer who can be found here at AC; phase aligned; all 1st order crossovers; use of transmission line design; carbon fiber tweeter; and cooler truncated pyramid shape than any of the above. As expected they have a very coherent sound.Have heard Bamberg 3-ways, not particularly impressed.Have visited CSS owner's home. Pre-cut cabinets are killer, sound so-so. As always trust your ears. Hard to do when DIYing or shopping on-line.
I'm drawn to that pyramidal shape too, Michael. If you haven't seen them you might like the look of Gershman Acoustics Avant Garde, although the latest grill is kinda ugly and their website is lame.

JBL 250Ti
The two cabinets at either end look about the right size to hold a subwoofer driver...
