I came into these cabinets, drivers and subwoofer by way of a trade for some computer parts. Problem is I can't seem to find any info on the cabinet design to finish the build or even determine their worth.

Is anyone here familiar with this cabinet design? Also there is a seemingly matching subwoofer, though I have no idea what driver is in there.

I'm told it was built by a local carpenter but I have no way of contacting him.

Thanks in advance guys. I appreciate it.

Thanks for that.

My cabinet is 12 1/2” Wide x 42 1/2” Height x 13” Deep

On the Decware site they are 17” deep. Maybe mine is an older model.

Minor does look like the so-called “death box”.

Looking at the Decware picture, depth must include the base.

You got it!

I remeasured this time at the base and lo and behold it is 17“ there and 12 3/4” at the top.

So it’s a Decware NFX Full Range Single Driver Loudspeaker Design.

Thank you for the help.  :green:

My next question is do I use uncoated or coated 7“ foam balls to go inside the cabinets? The coded ones are like Nerf basketballs. The uncoated ones are like rough spherical foam sponges.
