Anyone try Zu power cords?

I am looking for some low cost power cords to replace the stock units on my new Onix tube amp and CD player. Zu always has auctions on Ebay with some good prices on their Birth and Bok cords, but I know nothing about them. Has anyone had any experience with them? Any other recommendations on a good low cost power cord?

I bought a  Birth power cable from them that arrived the other day.  It is still burning in, but for the $57 (eBay seller zu_promos) I spent I'm pretty happy.  I have noticed some slight differences on the low & high end already.

I understand the Bok & Mother PC are much better than the Birth but I cannot speak from personal experience.

Zu is a great value and they offer a 60 day money back guarantee.  If you don't like it the only thing you are out is the shipping.

I've always been partial to the LAT International AC-2 myself...but it's now $199.00 ea.

The AC-1 (never heard it myself) is slightly smaller gauge (12), but should perform capably for 30% less (the original cost a few years ago for the AC-2).  Good materials and lots of solid core copper and silver make it fast and powerful.

Maybe a bit above your price range, but worth looking at if you have some flex in your budget.
