I bought this amplifier as a kit directly from Mr. Yamamoto, and had it assembled by Ric Schultz of EVS, following all of Yamamoto's instructions. The unit comes with two Western Electric 717A tubes, two NOS Sylvania 45 tubes and one RCA 80 rectifier.

I am including two EML 45 solid plate tubes (retail $650), one NOS Tungsol 717A tube, one RCA 80 rectifier and one Raytheon 80 rectifier.
Additionally, I replaced the UX4 rectifier socket with the Yamamoto UX4-B4 socket in order to use Telefunken RGN mesh rectifiers in addition to the 80 rectifier.
I am including four Telefunken RGN 1064s (which I bought from Germany NOS). A few are big mesh tubes and one tube is a bit noisy, but all work.
Amp is in mint condition, not a scratch or a mark on it.
