Here is a blast from the past,
Sony 3200f power amp.
I am the original owner who bought this from Lake Street Audio in Minneapolis in January 1974. It was a like-new demo unit.
100 watts rms into 8 ohms, it has some unique features for a power amp.
Two VARIABLE line level inputs controlled by front panel switch and separate L-R volume pots.
Power selector that limits power. I don’t know why anyone would use this feature
And it has two sets of speaker jacks that are selectable from the front panel.
The speaker connections are typical for early 1970’s Japanese kit. This means bare 12 gauge wire or smaller or pin connectors will work.
This amplifier has not been modified and never needed service. I did blow out dust with compressed air.
It presents well and has always in conditioned space.
It was my primary amp until 1985 or so and then did duty as back channel amp.
The last several years not used much, just fire it up a couple times a year to make sure it still plays.
There is a place on the back panel where an engraving tool was used to etch my student ID number. I later etched it out. It’s under the speaker terminals and not visible from front or sides.
