I purchased new ($2549.00), it's a factory made "SE" and includes the latest version femto clock (confirmed with EJ Sarmento), it was their top of the line flagship DAC and plays PCM384/32 and DSD128. It's in superb condition and has performed flawlessly, I installed it my rack and it hasn't been moved until today. This can be upgraded by W4S to their latest DAC-2v2SE ($3799.00) for $1199.00 including a new 1 year warranty, check out the W4S website, www.wyred4sound.com. I owned this model and this is a killer deal IMO. I had mine upgraded to 2V2 SE.
