Here's my dilemma:
I'd like to purchase a new power cord and ideally would like the proceeds to go to charity. I searched the audiogon listings and came across this:
http://cgi.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/auc_ch.pl?charity&1108461882
I've never heard of this cord and could not find any reviews or comments on it. Are there any other listings for audio equipment being auctioned off for charity other than audiogon? I should have jumped on the groneberg power cables Klaus offered a month ago but it's too late for that. I contemplated asking some vendors if they would be willing to sell an item with the money going to charity but I'm not sure if this would come across as being rude. What do you guys think? I'd appreciate your input on this. thanks.

Marigo has been known for a while for CD mats. Their CD mats are favorites of the tweak community. I know nothing of their PCs.
