I noticed Madisound has these tweeters on sale -

The larger one specifically says it can be made dipole by removing the faceplate and rear chamber. The smaller one doesn't say but it certainly looks like it. At $15 (!) it's probably worth a try....

Oh, I just realized... these are the same tweeter  The second link just has a faceplate. For dipole use, no need as they just mess up the response anyway...

Seem like they are too tall to be used as a single tweeter, but I bet they would make a great line source - 10 of them stacked, with some matching midrange drivers, maybe the Neo10s in a tall line array would be pretty amazing.
