Shielding chips and digital?

Which one would be better, ERS or TI Shield? Should it be put in pieces straight onto chips (w/ ground wire) or line part/all of the chassis? Should only digital chips be shielded or analog also, like opamps?

Sampsa, you should try both ways and see if you can hear a difference compared to the unshielded condition. You may prefer one type of shielding
over the other or none at all. You might consider ERS first. A couple of 2in.x3in. pieces applied directly to the chassis tends to soak up raditated EMI inside the chassis and RF noise on the ground plane. What ever you try should be removable in case it made things worst after being applied. Scotty
