I have several quads of excellent testing Tung Sol 6550 tubes, as well as Sylvania 6550s. These two versions of the 6550 are considered some of the very best.
Every tube has been tested by me on a B&K 707 tester where 70 is good. However, I'm unable to do actual equipment listening tests, as I no longer have gear that uses these tubes.
