Up for sale is a 6AH4 preamp, based on a Thomas Mayer design. It's a low mu design with LOTS of power supply filtering. One of the quietest tube preamps you will come across. The major difference is this uses a Khomzo stepped attenuator (with upgraded resistors) vice a transformer volume control. Outstanding sound for a reasonable price. Asking 825.00 OBO. The parts alone almost cost close to asking price. Will include a spare set of tubes as well.
