These are the current version in excellent condition and are 17 months old. My asking price of $750 includes ground shipping within the CONUS and a pair of 25 ohm loading resistors to reduce speaker impedance to around 8 ohms for use with some solid-state amplifiers.
I also have a 2M pair of Zu Mission Mk2 loudspeaker cables with banana jacks on one end and ¼” spades on the other end that I will sell for $100 (I paid $229). These cables work very well with the DW’s.
From the Zu website: “The Omen Dirty Weekend loudspeaker is our hook, the best we can do without making regrettable compromises in performance or materials. We think Omen DW really delivers on the performance all that exotic driver goodness and premium cabinetry suggest…” See several very positive reviews online.
I used these very successfully with a Decware 2-watt tube amp, a Pass Amp Camp Amp 8-watt solid state amp, and a 25 watt chip amp. They are a fantastic party speaker at high volumes, plus they worked particularly well for me at lower volumes for late-night listening.
