Rack has been sold

Billy Bags Pro 54 audio or A/V rack for sale in Lakeland, Florida. I've reconfigured my system and no longer need a rack this large. NO SHIPPING, for pickup only due weight and size (estimate it to be 125 lbs.) The rack is 54" wide, 21" deep, and 36" tall. Each of the six inner shelves are 16.5" x 20". All shelves are MDF faced with Billy Bags standard dark gray/black formica. Opening height of each shelf is 7", 6", and 13" from top to bottom. Rack is well cared for, a few minor scuffs and dinks in the silver metallic paint finish. I'd say it's a 7.5-8.0 on the Audiogon scale. It is equipped with the optional factory aluminum "glider" feet. The feet have had hard felt furniture glider pads installed. After current storage and transport, the pads will need to be removed or replaced depending on what type of flooring you have.

I have a similar Billy Bags stand.  Buy it if you need a stand.  This is a steal.
