My wife and I were both entertained until the last minute. If your a fan of Tarantino , I would think you would really love this movie.
Jeff Bridges, Chris Hemsworth, Jon Hamm, Dakota Johnson and Cynthia Erivo all give fantastic performances !!!!  Killer directing , and out of this world cinematography.
a solid 9 out of 10 stars for the genre.

Watched it on the plane a couple week ago... thought it was outstanding and I do not rave much about any film these days.

I didn't even know Tarantino had a new film out! I will watch it hopefully soon. Thank you for putting it on my radar.

I saw the promo when it hit theatres and knew I wanted to see it. Completely forgot about it. Thanks for jarring my memory. I do like just about everything Tarantino does. Added to my list at Netflix

To be clear, El Royale is not a Tarantino film, but it is definitely in that genre.  Regardless, I enjoyed it and think most will also.

Ahhhhh. OK. Read the OP's post too fast.
Regardless, I like the non-Hollywood "style" of Tarantino films and tend to enjoy others that sort of emulate it. Thanks again.

Saw that one a while ago. As I recall it had it had it's moments. Jeff Bridges is one of those actors who can draw me into watching something I might otherwise pass on. It certainly feels like a Tarantino effort, but it's not. That's not to suggest this holds up in any way to Pulp Fiction.
