Hi,
I’ve been into hi fi audio equipment since 1968. However, I don’t have the knowledge or the ears to consider myself an audiophile expert. At age 72, I can’t hear frequencies above 13K. My first system was a Kenwood receiver, Kenwood speakers and Dual turntable. All bought in Hong Kong during Vietnam War days. Now I have two wonderful Linear Tube Audio based systems. The first is a Zotl 10 Mk 2 driving Tekton Impact Monitors. system is fed by a Border Patrol SE DAC with a USB connection to a MacBook running Tidal. My second is an LTA MZ2 driving ZMF Eikon and Verite headphones. System is fed by a Metrum Musette DAC connected via USB to an iPad also running Tidal. The MZ2 just had its LPS power supply upgraded by LTA. I plan on adding my legacy Rega P9 turntable with Rega Exact cartridge and my Old Arcam FMJ CD transport to my Zotl 10/Tekton system. Also thinking of adding my Velodyne DD12 sub to see if it adds anything.
