Anyone have any recommendations on a good incircuit ESR meter for testing capacitors? I bought one from a site in Russia which I liked (when it worked) but has failed after 6 month of use. They replaced the board once and failed again after another 6 months so I'm looking for a different one that is more robust/reliable. Any recommendations?
