FOR SALE: 4 ft. pair of Silent Source Signature power cords. They are in very good condition. Been more than one owner. I was able to get comparable sounding cords soon after buying these that would more fit the location of my outlets so my racks could stay in the same place. The cords I'm keeping were more expensive, and sounded a tad deeper in the bass, otherwise, sounded VERY similar. Outlets are 4 ft. off the ground in my partially finished room of the basement. To use the SSS cords with my Nuforce mono amps, I had to stick the amps directly under the outlet which put them in a much worse location for good soundstaging. A longer pair at 2 mtr. did the trick.
The SSS cords are at or near the top of power cords both sound wise and build. The IECs are very tight fitting. The AC plug is quite substantial. I live in the SW suburbs of Chicago. New these were $1400 for the 4 ft. length each. Would like to sell them together, if possible. Asking price $450 each or $870 for the pair. 60586 area
