I read tons and tons of threads about how to upgrade some particular items, but where are good sources for ordering small quantities of these pieces.

I see the Sonic-Impact (save the Parasound for later) as being a perfect gateway into DIY audio modding, some solder points, custom enclosure (room for SLA), and getting to change out stock connectors for some that are high-end friendly (rca jacks, speaker terminal outputs) and would really like to start.

...but I dont care to pay as much for a single speaker post as I did for the whole amp.

Where are some cost-friendly speaker terminals, rca input jacks, solder kits, and wire spools that you can order in small quantities online?  Share here:

Thanks,

There's usually no "one" place to get everything, but there are lots of speciality shops to tailor to almost anything in audio.  From what I've heard though, what we have here is almost nothing like what's available in Japan or in Germany.

www.partsconnexion.com

www.partsexpress.com

www.takefiveaudio.com
www.diycable.com
www.digi-key.com
www.jameco.com
www.mcmaster.com
www.alliedelec.com

these are the places that I've ordered from in the past, I'm sure there are others that I haven't mentioned.
