Guys I have the Purity audio 300 B Mono blocks and want to try these but do not want to damage the amps- Since Purity is no longer around I can not ask them if it will work- any thoughts- thanks

The 274b is not a direct replacement for 5u4G. It's a 2 amp filament rather than a 3 amp filament. It might work fine, but it's not a direct replacement.
274b is an equivalent for 5r4. If your amp(s) can use 5r4, then you can use it.
