I have noticed that my Itunes software is becoming annoyingly slow to change tracks and read CDs, after it has ID the tracks. The DVD or CDRW drives all sort of sound as if they are skipping. I doubt it is the drive themselves that are physically damaged, because they both read movies and game CDs well.
When I first had loaded ITUNES, it was fast, but after 3 GB of files, it is no longer. Any first hand experiences and fixes to it?
BTW: Mine is a regular DELL PC P4 2.6 MHZ.
