I own both pieces myself, although I acquired them in the reverse order (I got the preamp first.) Similarly I've owned a lot of gear over several decades and find them to be of true reference quality. They offer a rare level of musicality with an effortless and engaging quality, not to mention their exceptional build quality. Just turning the volume knob on the preamp has a feeling that is hard to explain which exudes quality and instills pride of ownership. I hope you enjoy them for many years to come!
