The hype is that such a small compact all in one speaker can produce such a big sound with that amount of bass from what (2) 5 something inch woofers......but when it comes to best bang for the buck there are many speakers in the 2k price range that can sound better then the phantoms.

Yes I have heard some but not the new Reactor, if you are impressed by Bose wave radio you will be impressed obviously the Devialet is better. For the ear bud / Beats wearing crowd it’s impressive, for audiophiles no not impressive.

I rarely get to hear commercial loudspeakers, but i heard these a couple weeks ago. Session was brief and it was just out in the main room.

I thot they were kinda coloured with too much fat, unarticulate bass.

I’ve not heard them, but may be worth comparing to a pair of Apple HomePods. Half the woofers but the auto roomEQ might act asa  trump.
