Anyone heard an Alto Macro Series amplifier?

Found a VERY cheap Alto Macro830 power amp for sale here... Anyone heard / heard of these amps?
 Bargain or boat anchor?

 Sugestions on an entry level power amp ~150wRMSx2 into 8 ohms?
