iPhone 6S + no longer works with iFi iDSD DAC/HP amp

iPhone 6S + no longer works with iFi iDSD DAC/HP amp

I just updated to iOS12.blah, blah, blah and now when I connect the phone to the DAC via a USB to Lightning dongle and the DAC does not connect(?).  The LED just flashes green when switched on or blue when off.

Anyone else experience this? :bawl:

I haven't updated my 6Plus yet. Perhaps I need to wait until more iPhone 6 users weigh in on this.

I hope you can find a solution that doesn't include buying a new phone.   :banghead:

My wife upgraded her Iphone 7 last month and her battery now drains way too fast. That also happened on her Iphone 5 when she owned it, but that problem was finally resolved. 

If me, I would complain to apple and maybe they will resolve this.

I actually got a new iPhone 7+ as several months back the battery was bad and they exchanged it no problem.  Sometimes it may take a subsequent upgrade to resolve an issue.  I've had Apps not work in the past until a subsequent upgrade was done.

I will get a new dongle just make sure that isn't the issue.
