I'm Jim from NJ, USA. I have two systems; the one I started in college when I dropped out and used the balance in my student loan account to buy my first receiver and turntable. And one in the basement man cave that I started in 2015 when I retired. The former has been relatively stable since the new millennium. The later is an example of my susceptibility to addiction.
My Music collection is currently over 780 LPs, CDs, SACDs, DVD-As, HDCSs, and a few Blue Ray discs and downloads. I restrict myself to two channels only. That is my 'religion.'

Is it always going to be so hard to deal with security on this site, or is it just for newbies?

At Agon old members have to pay to do search and sell, at DIY Audio all members have to pay at least $10 annually to upload images, but the new members that came here dont want made 3 posts to use for free search feature and sell at the Trading Circle at no cost.
