Well, they can't really handle any additional air space.

A good set of stands would be best.

The X-LS Encore has a floor standing version. It's the X-SLS.

Then why do they work in the a/vo ,unless I calculated wrong has a.49+ cu.' cabinet. I would use that cabinet,same x-over as av/1 and place drivers on front. Thanks

When it comes to cabinet space you ideally want a ratio of depth and width where width is only about 2/3'rds or less of the depth. And you never want a square shape.

The A/V-O is unique in that the whole height of the speaker is the depth.
