I wish to introduce myself. I started out tweaking audio equipment around '05. My first mod job was an Enlightened Audio Design DSP-7000/III processor. Without knowing much about how it worked, I replaced almost every passive part, and to good audio effect. It was fun, and I was hooked. Tweaks on preamps, power amps, speakers, tuners, and on, followed. In the past few years I moved on to DIY, building mostly the tube designs submitted by Bruce Heran at the DIY audio projects website. I occasionally post there under the same nom de plume. I am checking out this site because of interest in VMPS speakers.
