I have not been in touch with anyone at nOrh but the factory itself should be fine. It is located near the Bangkok airport and Bangkok was not affected by the tsunami at all (though there was a minor earthquake that caused little/no damage). But, the outstanding question is whether any of the staff happened to be in Phuket (esp Phi Phi island, which got wiped out) on Dec 26... Its a very popular spot with tourists and expats (e.g. Michael Barnes and also Curt Wishman from IRD).
