About a year ago I posted about the Arches. I forget which Circle. Basically I was scoffed at by other members saying they too expensive and they could do it DIY.
FWIW I whole heartily agree with Nature Boy. The Arches are reasonably priced, very effective and I have achieved the same great positive results.
The fact that both Nature Boy and I have Omega SAHO monitors and Ginko Arches in our system proves we both have great taste
