I currently have a Bryston 3BSST2 amplifier and a .5B Bryston preamplifier. The preamp I purchased new way back in 1986 and I want to upgrade. should I stay with Bryston preamplifiers? or are there others that match well with the Bryston amp? I am considering either the Bryston BP26 or the BP17 cubed. I have looked at the Balanced Audio Technology VK-233SE and this looks like a strong contender to the Bryson preamps. I should add that I want to stay with solid state, and not go the tube route.
Thanks,
Greg
