opened tested and never used. comes with complete package and accessories just like it would arrive from the company. I had an IDA-8 for a little less than a year year, it went for warranty and they sent me a new one, i received it, tested it, but never used it as I moved to a new house, in a new state and had renovations to deal with. it never came out of the box. now im gonna exclusively use headphones. it has zero hours and 20 minutes on it.
