I’ve got an upgraded Ampino but it needs a new volume control. Not sure what that will cost.

Thanks for the reply. Could you elaborate more on the volume control issue? Did it break unexpectedly or wear out?

The left channel suddenly malfunctioned. Instead of amplifying the signal the amp produces a noise that the volume control is unable to attenuate. I don't know how long it will take to repair or how much it will cost. I thought about bypassing it and converting it into a power amp, but I  have since moved on into a completely new direction.  :D
