For sale is one pair of 5’ length Kimber Kable 8TC/4TC bi-wire speaker cables with banana terminations on both the amp and speaker ends. They are in like-new condition, having been installed in my system for only a few months and then kept in storage as my back-up cables. I have the original manufacturer’s packaging for them.
The 8TC portion of these cables provide tremendous bass reach and impact while the 4TC allows a transparent and extended top end. According to Kimber, the 8TC consists of sixteen individual hyper-pure copper conductors arranged in their “Varistrand” conductor geometry. The aggregate wire size is two 9 gauge conductors. I think that helps account for the deep bass that comes through. The 4TC consists of eight individual hyper-pure copper conductors also arranged in their “Varistrand” conductor geometry. The aggregate wire size is two 13 gauge conductors.
