My only experience with nuprime is the ida16.
I have had it in my system for about a month. I'm basically just using this as a power amplifier for my left and right channel. I have the left and right RCA's coming out of my Marantz SR 7011 into the auxiliary/analog input and then I set the ida16 on home Theatre passed through.
As a standalone amplifier. It's awesome. I'd love to be able to hear the unit on its own but the remote doesn't work nor do the remote codes seem to be able to be trained into a Harmony system.
Anyways, thinking about getting the mch-k38 instead.
