(On Magnepan recently having issues with 20.7s shipped..)I have read others also having issues with new 20.7s.My theory as to the problem is the new 30.7 has taken the workers who used to build the 20.7 and having them do the 30.7.So new folks are building the 20.7 now, and they are perhaps screwing up.I would guess a few heads rolling would be in order.. But I am not in charge. The main problem seems to be in the crossover wiring and the wiring in general being done wrong in some way. then add in that the end user has no access to it, nor the dealer (due to the sock).Maybe the person doing it is colorblind? Maybe they are talking on their cellphone all day? Maybe they think the old geezers who buy this stuff can't hear anyway, so no one will notice?I wonder what they do with the returns?

I am not worried. I guess somehow it seems Emil wants to be angry for me?It is not a problem. This is a trivial first world problem.I am not gonna be out anything. So why should I be angry? The biggest problem is the time the guys take to deliver them. Then breaking in for another week.I would not even give 'fewer stars' on a review. LOLPS ***** five stars for a great product.
The returns? Clean them up, fix the problem and sell then as new.
That's illegal in the U.S. They can sell as refurb.
Great attitude Elizabeth. Stuff happens. Emil the empath. charles
My dealer just emailed me the new pair of speakers is being built and should be here in a week or so
In my line of business when mistakes are made, new a-holes are ripped. "Stuff happens" doesn't cut it.Could be why I'm oversensitive Anyway, if they would only test each speaker that comes off the assembly line, Elizabeth would be enjoying her new Maggies now.Am I wrong here? Somebody?
