Rating of 7/10 is due to age and sagging chassis around the transformers.
This is a characteristic of all of these amps. The transformers are very heavy causing the top plate to drop down with age.
No cosmetic defects.
Comes with a full complement of tubes: Valve Art 300b, Sovtek 5AR4 and Shuguang 6N8P/6SN7
