Benchmark Media DAC3-L - 4 months old in perfect condition in silver

All original accessories included:  double boxing, extensive bound manual, power cord, USB cable, stereo analog mini plug cable, extra fuses, metal remote (still has plastic film protector on it).

I've upgraded to the considerably more expensive AURALiC VEGA G2 combining my ARIES G2 streamer with the VEGA DAC in one box.  This has given the DAC3 a quick turn around for me.  From reviews and reading, there isn't a better DAC at the $2000 price level.  It does sound impressive.  Lot's of rave reviews.

This is the "L" model, not the "HGC" that most of the reviews discuss.  They are identical except the "L" doesn't have the headphone jacks.  Multiple digital and analog inputs including a home theater bypass function.  Balanced and unbalanced analog outputs.  Very cool motorized volume knob.  The reviews and Benchmark site give more info and specs than you'll ever need.

March 31:  Was just reading the April issue of Stereophile, their 2018 recommended components issue and found they gave the DAC3 their highest rating, A+, for digital processors (https://www.stereophile.com/content/recommended-components-2018-edition-digital-processors)!

This a great DAC, I love mine and bought it about the same time as the OP. Go for it if you want a great sounding DAC at a really good price.

I owned a Dac2 and the best thing I can say about Benchmark is there analog output and volume control.  I've yet to find another dac that has such a great output.

Thanks for the support.  I have it back in service temporarily while a problem with my new DAC is being resolved.  I hope to make it available again though it might be a couple of weeks.  If anyone does want it and is patient, let me know.  Otherwise I will bump the post when I can let it go.

I referenced their warranty statement and it says for original purchaser only, so no.  If warranty service becomes necessary, I would be glad to assist in any reasonable way I can.  Not likely though.  These are built rock solid.
