Songs Faber Olympica  3 speakers. Need to fit on audio rack 19" W x 17"D x 10"H
Solid state preferred. Pairing with ARC SP20 Pre

Also consider a Bel Canto amp, small package great sound.

These should all fit in your rack.  Personally, I am a fan of Pass Labs amps but they are too big for your space.

if you like ARC, why not one of their solids state amps?  Good options given so far

The Maraschino amps are excellent and are super placement-friendly.
