Where does Lou place the speaker grill? On top of the top piece of styrofoam? And he places a piece of cardboard over the driver and wraps the whole speaker in plastic wrap?

If I recall, my speakers came with the grills on the speakers, then foam sheet on top.

My Super 5's came wrapped with grill on, surrounded with styro, one carton.  Arrived in perfect condition.

My Super 3 HO’s came with grill adhered by their magnets, wrapped in cling film, surrounded by styrofoam panels, in a fitted box.
