There's a few of us who like to listen, swap stories, wires, equipment.
I'm looking for more like-minded people. I'm always happy to have folks listen to mine......and enjoy listening to different systems outside of the dealer environment.

Anybody else want to get involved?  :D

Best,

BTW, I/we do not care if you have Fabio's old system, or DIY homebuilt, or vintage, or whatever. It's about the music.

One reply so far.....so good.

Don't be shy if you are in the area.

Best,

Well, I am from just outside Toronto, ON, Canada, but spent many summers in the Boston area - great town, awesome food, brutal on-ramps for the freeways, and apparently some great audio.

Now, where do I line up to buy Fabio's old system... :o

Nice in Ontario as well. I have a Mercury Marauder, built in St. Thomas Ontario. We have been to the plant where it was built, and drag racing at the strip in St. Thomas.

Some big fun  8)

I'm about 25 miles south of Boston.

I think I have vintage stuff in the attic from college (UMass '74) and some more current stuff I listen to.  I have don't have a technical background, but music is very important to me.  It would be great to meet some local people who have similar interests in music.

so...I could be in, depending on the distance.

Well, it appears that there is some momentum building here.  :D

I'm going to continue to follow the thread, and start planning a date possibly around the beginning of February to kick this off.

Seeing as how I started the ball rolling, I will host the first get-together at my home............which is a regular nightmare of collected audio castoffs.

So, I'll be looking for input for the date, I'm sure some of you all have kids and February school vacation week may not be good......so let me know your thoughts.

I'm not much of a drinker, so it would be bring yer own beverage of choice. I'm sure that I can put out some junk party finger food that we are all accustomed to.  :P
